This is the domain of our health retreat. Sue will take you walking or jogging through the hidden pathways, coax your body into expansive Yoga stretches on the beach and encourage you to invigorating dips in the gentle, turquoise waters.

The Kangaroo Island Health Retreat is far from Spartan. Sit up in your bed in your own private room and look out through picture windows at the superb views over fields and oceans; relax in the well appointed lounge with a book while listening to music that soothes and uplifts; or indulge in a spa and sauna, followed by a dip in the flower-fringed plunge pool.

The bedrooms are tastefully appointed with personal television, fans and large twin bathrooms across the hall. The lounge is extremely comfortable with music and a library. Food preparation is done in a viewing kitchen. You'll find a delightful yoga room overlooking the bay and a gorgeous courtyard with spa, sauna, flower fringed pool, and wonderful organic gardens for freshly picked meals.
